Founded in June 2016, by researcher Hannah Ruth Dyson, working with a team of 6, to map ancient indigenous women’s culture, around the world.
The group were primarily focused on the historical narrative of women, to gain a greater understanding of who we are, across the world.
What became quickly apparent, was the lack of research, for the perspective, traditions & wisdoms of women, in indigenous cultures, that are still alive today.
Soul Seed Gathering seeks to contribute to this body of work.
We work with local women, & NGOs, in each country, who have built long-term relationships, with the indigenous women who live there.
Our aim is to document, preserve, and fill any gaps, of our understanding of female traditions and wisdoms, by travelling to the source of these lineages.
We invite women, from around the world, to gather with us & celebrate our collective cultural heritage. To also arrive as explorers and researchers, of their own ancestry, lineages & inner world of wisdom.
